Katie the receptionist-office manager was very welcoming and friendly, she handled my storage needs very professionally and showed me my unit and how to get inside the gate, she asked if I had any questions and said if I did to call her. Very nice, great customer service the lady who works in the office is super amazing and helpful!!! Throughout the time I used a storage unit I never had any issues. All of my things stayed dry, and we had a heavy summer of rain. I would recommend 12/10 using National Storage. Very clean, well kept, and safe even at 1am.

Katie and Krystal at the National Storage in Burton go above and beyond to help out the customer. They extended my reservation for an extra week, while I sorted out some storage issues, and then, made sure I received all the appropriate discounts, that I qualified for. Which included, a first months free rent, and a military discount. No other storage company I have worked with have offered me a military discount to retired, military personnel. But National Storage does. The facility is clean and modern. Everything functions correctly and looks NEW, not run down or broken like some other places. If you need some space for your stuff, go see Katie or Krystal at National Storage in Burton, they have competitive rates and are there IN PERSON, 5 days per week!

I had the pleasure of talking and working with Krystal to get a storage unit for our boat . She was absolutely amazing ! I called inquiring about a unit and she gave me all the information that I needed and even reserved the unit for me just in case I wasn’t going to make there in time .The office closes at 530 and I ended up working till a little after 5 and she was gracious enough to stay after 530 to help us get a unit . Very professional and friendly . Highly recommend this place !

Burton MI National Storage was excellent. It was very clean and we had no issues with mice while keeping items stored for nearly two years. Katie, was always kind and helpful when I called. One day, My husband forgot to place the lock back on storage unit while visiting the storage unit. Katie called me to alert me and informed me that they would place a lock on unit which was done immediately. I would highly recommend National Storage in Burton, MI

I find this facility is clean and dry. I've only been here a few months and it's been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is only 1 problem I've come across is that sometimes the gate stays open and that's not good or safe. I'm grateful for all the cameras they have so if there was ever a problem they would have it on film. I reccomend this facility with high regards. Great prices in this time of need as well . The 24/7 access has worked in my favor and is the main reason I choose to rent here.

Service was amazing, I didn’t put my lock on my unit as I had not placed anything in it, there was a mixup and they thought I had left the facility so they discontinued my service and didn’t bill me any longer, the staff immediately corrected the issue when I stopped by and were very apologetic for the mishap, I was impressed that they didn’t want to bill me for the unit not being used. Still Highly recommend!

Katie is absolutely amazing, was having the worst week of my life it seems an she definitely helped turn my luck around. I wasn't able to show up until 5:28 (they close at 5:30 on Saturday's) she happily stayed late to assist me with getting a storage that would be fit my needs , giving alot of encouragement on my current situation. The property is VERY well kept , 24hr gate access, equipped with lots of cameras for your security. The process was very simple it might have taken 10 minutes tops to rent the storage & we were on our way. She also was very informative on how the place works & what to expect each month billing wise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice storage. It does however cost a little more than some of the places around town but it is definitely worth the extra couple bucks, as you get what u pay for in this life.
