I moved into a unit a few months ago and Delaney helped me out with the rental.she was more than helpful and very nice to talk with. I just upgraded to a bigger unit last week and she went over a beyond to help me with my unit. I will continue to rent here and refer people as well. Very clean and safe. Megan is the Best CSR!! I had to book a storage unit in Michigan from my home in Florida. She alleviated all of my concerns over the logistics of the long distance transaction, got me a better rate than I was expecting, set up the payment, gave me all the information on the unit that I could pass along to my friend who delivered my furniture to the storage unit. He had zero problems with getting everything into the unit and getting it securely locked. I am currently using one of the climate controlled units.

The lady was so helpful, the storage was indoors and climate controlled, they provided the lock with 3 keys a cart and your own gate code that greets you. If someone gets ahold of you code they can track you comings and going. I got 2 free months ?! By far the best self storage I ever used. My initial experience has been good, with the staff immediately returning phone calls, even responding to an email with a call. Getting the first unit rented involved some computer adjustment on their end (something about the gate code). The second unit (needed for just a few weeks, a big space) was easier. I then rearranged the items (coming from afar) and went with two smaller units. Vacated the big unit just as the ownership transition was happening. This seems to have inspired some more computer issues, with the invoicing not aligning with what Kyle advised me to do. I'm sure we'll get it worked out during office hours.

This is a secure storage place! They have good locks for a great price. Units are clean! The manager is a great guy! This past year (2020) was a particularly bad one for me. I lost my mom and dad both to covid, and went through a bad break up with my girlfriend. I have been very upset and dumped all of this on Cory the manager when I was at his office and he listened to me patiently and seemed to actually care. Sorry for dumping all of this on you but thank you for listening and talking with me Cory. I'll be back for that unit and some moving supplies once I get everything ready. Your units are much cleaner and nicer than the 4 other places I've visited, and you actually care about your customers, unlike your competitors. You're a great guy! My wife and I took a tour of the 4000 Alpine address (actually on Alpenhorn, strange address) and the 4150 Alpine address with Corey. I am very impressed with this man's level of professionalism. Both properties are very nice, and the prices are reasonable. We are currently looking to store long term next fall as we are moving to the area from Chicago. We are looking at two or three of the larger units. Corey explained several options to us and showed us a lot of units that would accommodate our needs. We will most assuredly be storing at one of the two properties when the time comes. Thanks for the assistance and your time Corey. Hopefully those large units will be available when we are ready to make our large move in the fall.

Storing my daughter's car here for the winter. They have a pretty good deal for 3 months half off on the unit. I chose this place initially because of the reviews, but after stopping in and seeing all of the cameras, gate, keypads, all of the high security locks, and the outstanding service by the manager there was no question that I was going to store at this place. I never leave reviews, but I felt that I needed to this time around. Your manager deserves double the amount of stars, for his customer service alone! Every time I'm at the storage locker I see him outside meticulously cleaning every nook and cranny of the lot. But what I'm most impressed with is when my daughter went to the locker and broke the key off in the lock, not sure how she did that lol. The manager had a locksmith on-site within 15 minutes to remove the lock which we happily paid for, and the manager bought a new lock for us out of his own pocket. Who does that anymore, really? We of course tried to pay him for the lock, but he insisted on paying for it. Small gestures like this is why I will ALWAYS store at the National Storage Center on Alpine. I sincerely hope that someone from your corporate office reads these reviews and takes notice of the manager who is securing customers for life, and our family hopes that they take good care of him. Needless to say we left a $100 bill for him on the seat of his truck when he wasn't looking because of his kindness. 5-stars times 10. Outstanding! Highly recommend! Thank you!

This place is a fortress. Very secure, well lit, and really convenient if you have to load/unload with a 53 ft semi-truck and trailer. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Getting the unit was super easy and quick, and they offer great move-in specials. The climate-controlled units are incredibly clean. I'm kind of picky about storage, and the cleanliness is the main reason I chose this place to store my belongings.

There are also a lot of camera's watching over every inch of the place. The manager here is a very kind man who clearly has a lot of pride in the place. The process to complete the transaction in person was straight forward, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location (and the unit) are clean, and safe.

I've been SO happy with this place that I have used their storage facility at two times already. It's SUPER clean and the customer service on-site is awesome. I always feel welcome if I have any questions or if I just want to say hello for a minute when I stop by to pick something up from my unit. It feels safe here and I don't worry about my things at all. I did purchase a climate-controlled unit which I have found worth it for peace of mind.

My movers help customers move into and out of this facility regularly. In the moving business we get to see a lot of other storage companies, and this location is by far the nicest that we have seen. It is always clean, they have so many camera's that the office looks like a NASA control center, and they have keypad and gated access. So security is state of the art! If you want to store your precious belongings in a clean, secure, and very modern environment, this is your place! They also rent U-Haul equipment which is very convenient.
