Update: Recently switched to a larger unit, the process was simple and they allow 3 days to move your items from one unit to another. Easiest process and super convenient.

Customer service is NOT dead! Krystal at National storage was prompt and professional and I was able to reserve and move in a unit immediately. They have ON SITE management on Monday, Weds, and Friday, from 9am to 530pm. That means an actual person is there to make sure you can move in smoothly and everything works properly, and answer any questions you might have. The site is clean, and all of the units are modern, and fully functional. I had a bad experience being rip-offed by the Sparebox Storage behind Lucky's in Davison, and I will never deal with them again! The unit that Sparebox rented me had broken door locks and was not serviceable and their customer service is in India, and they were of no help. Avoid Sparebox and go straight to National Storage in Davison, and talk to Krystal. She is on-site on M/W/F, and is helpful and professional.
