Great customer service and experience. I reserved online and when I got there I was told I didn't do it correctly. When though we arrived 10 before closing the manager stayed and corrected my application. I stood at the counter, exhausted, not enough money after taxes& fees,no lock(which my daughter ended up putting on wrong,smh), and worried that the guy helping unload the the truck would be able to get ALL my belongings into the unit before he had to leave for work , thinkingn she didn't know how bad of a day I had. But she was my was great and a sweetheart. Even though she had worked all day and I could tell she was tired and ready to go home, who wouldn't be She made sure I had my unit and everything I needed when I walked out of the office AND was patient, kind and kept a smile during entire time! I was so grateful!!

We rental a large storage unit to house my Mother’s belongings, some expensive and some merely sentimental in value, for nearly two years until we found a place to move them permanently. At no time was the unit ever compromised by weather or vermin and the staff were always courteous and professional. Great experience. We highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

Great place secured clean well managed fare pricing have rented units multiple times through the years since at least 2009-2010 different management through the years & have added more units also but have always had a good experience while i was there.If you need storage & are unsure cause you have never done it i would recommend them because i know they would treat you right & not gauge you because of that.But thank you & go check them out if you find your self needing Storage!

My experience was quick and easy, thanks to Bethany. I called about pricing but was not sure the size unit I would need so they told me to come in and they could show me all the unit sizes. When I got there Bethany showed me a unit right away that was the perfect size. She also gave me a great monthly rate with a discounted first month. Signed the lease and was in and out in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend National Storage!

I had a climate control unit it was decent size unit and it was always clean inside the building. I would definitely use them again if i needed. They are one of the best in monroe in my opinion.

Easy in and out for us. We moved from Seattle to Monroe and needed to hold our stuff for a few months. Decent prices, nice staff. They're always monitoring the facility so your stuff is safe. They are also always making improvements, which sometimes can get in your way if you're just trying to get to your unit, but atleast it shows they're making an effort to keep the place looking nice. A word of warning though, you probably won't be able to fit a 18-wheeler in if you are doing a large move. Smaller trucks and uhauls should be fine.

She told me they even put in a drive up window so we don't even have to get out of our cars in our great Michigan weather. If you need storage come here your not going to get better customer service anywhere else! And there's so many camera's I know my RV is safe and monitored!

The office lady is super friendly and took care of everything we needed! Would recommend for security alone then the friendly staff and clean property took it to the next level!

Just wanted to take time to share the experience I had at Secure Self Storage...I only needed the rental for a short time I moved in with Tracie and she was so nice and helpful. But I didn't realize how helpful till I moved out...I rented a truck and left my car parked there when I went into the office and asked if Monroe had a taxi service to take me back to where my car was parked Tracie offered to give me a ride! I think that is above and beyond even excellent customer service! If you need to store anything choose this place! On top of excellent customer service the unit was very well maintained and clean!
