I love the security that comes with the storage so I don’t ever worry about my belongings getting broken into or stolen. The staff is AMAZING and beyond helpful. I love how convenient it is to be able to pull your vehicle directly into the storage unit building to unload your belongings. It is always very clean, there are bathrooms available & it stays open until 10pm which is also convenient for people with children who don't quite have time to even do things until their children are sleeping. There is always music playing which is wonderful for when you are in the zone & trying to get things done, makes moving things a little less boring. It is always the perfect temperature & the elevators are wonderful! They also provide carts for you to move your things from your vehicle to your storage unit for free! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND !!

My experiences here were positive. I felt like my belongings were very secure. It's inside a building, you enter a code & drive right in. Not exposed to temperature or weather extremes. Very clean, lots of free carts to use to move things. The few times I had to deal directly with employees they were very professional, friendly and courteous. A little on the expensive side, but given the amenities and what you get, I'd say it was worth it. I had a unit for around 5 months and never had a problem. If you need to store stuff, I would recommend this place.

It’s nicest storage facility I’ve rented from. Everything was indoors and moving my things to my storage unit was very easy due to the many platform carts they provide. Big plus for having access to a clean bathroom. Would be better to have the storage room hours to at least midnight for us 2nd shift workers but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The facilities are clean and easy to get through, the enclosed loading bay is a plus! Defiantly recommend if you need short/long term storage.

They both made me feel very comfortable. Answered all my questions. I'm moving from a large home into a smaller one in a couple of months. Just know a 12’ trailer is tough to get in and park if other people are parked in there. Might be an isssue at other places, too.
