This morning I called two different storage places and got answering service at both but I wanted to talk to a person so moved on. I then called Premium Self Storage and Keri answered after the second ring. From the very get go and until I was loading stuff in to my unit Keri was there with a friendly smile. Keri knew her job very well and came across as fair and honest. I appreciated her giving me a chance to bring my own lock but ended up needing to buy one from her anyway! Great facility too. Looked well taken care of, cool (temperature), felt safe, and I feel like I got a good value with the free month promotion included with my particular unit.

Great place!!! Very clean, safe and very accommodating. Kerri and Sean were great and so nice!!!

Upfront pricing with no hidden costs. The unit is good. Being able to drive inside the building to unload was a plus during the heavy rains.

I feel they have a better rate and cleaner facility than their competitor - Plus the customer service is great - Karri is the best!

Easiest out of state move I've ever made! We moved from Florida to Michigan and needed to rent a unit but the movers were going to arrive before we did. Premium took care of the rental over the phone and directed the movers once they got there. The unit was loaded and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Top notch service!

Been here almost five months and have had no issues. The place is clean and feels safe. What more could I ask for?

The facility is clean, well maintained, and well organized! Thanks for your help!! Oh yeah!! An added bonus of having packages shipped here is AMAZING!! I have been using premium self storage for around 20 years when I’ve moved or needed additional storage space. Keri and Sean are professional, kind, Helpful, and exceptional communicators. The storage units, building and parking area are always clean and well-maintained.

Looking for storage? Look no further this place is nothing short of the best! I have used them for storage twice now, both business related, using my unit as a mini warehouse with daily use. The biggest asset of this place are it's people. If I ever had any questions or issues the managers were extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad interaction or anything close to a negative experience. As long as you communicate your needs they will find a way to make it happen. You should choose it for storage based on this alone. Need more? -Drive in HEATED loading bay. -Plenty of push carts to lug your junk to/from your unit. -Multiple entry security pads and security cameras everywhere so you know your stuff is secure. -Long access hours, if you forgot something you can make a late run or pick it up early before work. -Easy access right off the freeway. -This place is CLEAN, even in winter. Might not be a huge selling point to some but if you were in and out as much as me it is very much appreciated. I left because I no longer needed the unit for work. If I ever need storage for business or personal needs, this is the only place I will go. Thank you Keri and Sean for everything!

They're always nice about me forgetting to pay my bill. The manager Kari is always pleasant to talk to even when it's busy there. It's a clean and well-lit place and it's always cool inside. The elevator is a little slow, but that's nothing to knock a star off about.
