    This is the best storage facility in Southern Indiana. I had a unit here for 3 monthes and my stuff was kept safe, secure and dry. Anna who works here is awesome. You couldn't ask for a better customer service representative. She was concise, fast, kind and helpful anytime I had a question. Making payments online couldn't be any easier. Accessing the facility is easy and the gate work way better than any other facility's I have used. I highly recomend National Storage on Charlestown Rd.

    It was great! I already had a small storage space rented, and when I suddenly had need for a larger one, I was able to quickly arrange for an over the phone. I was even able to get a larger space within the same block of spaces, making it easy to move the items I was already storing into the new space.     Getting everything set up was super easy and all done online. Got an email with my gate code and unit number within a couple hours of signing up and was able to move in super easy. Plus there was a free heavy duty lock inside of the unit that was included with online setup! Not to mention the price was cheaper than anywhere in town. Highly recommend
