Staff was very helpful and polite. Even held a conversation. The storage room was a good size and clean. Very happy.

Candy was super nice. She got right on it and got us in and out quickly. We would highly recommend Guardian storage to friends and family.

Guardian Self Storage staff has been like family to us. The storage unit was inside a temp controlled building with security cameras. They have smaller outdoor units and will store your camping unit with cameras on property. We used all three services over time. I called in my payment using my credit card. You can pay online or in their office.. You have your own made up code to open the gate. I had a great experience using their facility. They definitely are the place to use. We will be back if a need comes up again.

Candy and Rob are the experts running Guardian Self Storage in Monroe, MI. The are an absolutely stellar team. They share duties in the office and are very well versed in the daily running of the office. They are efficient, well versed and so very friendly that it makes you want to go back. The office, grounds and storage units are very clean, and neat. When you leave you do so with a feeling of confidence that your belongings are secure and will be undamaged upon your return. Everything is well maintained inside and out, right down to the freshly painted stripes in the parking lot. It's salted and the drives are plowed free of snow to ease your deliveries and pickups. They provide a snow shovel for any extra removal due to drifting. I can't say enough good about my experience with Candy and Rob and their obvious caring attitude toward my experience as a customer with Guardian Self Storage. I feel that I have made two new friends and hope we may continue that friendship. They are conviently located in Monroe between Monroe and Telegraph roads, on Stewart Rd across from Lazy Boy's world headquarters.

Picked up a budget moving truck from them and they were the best, the owner was so nice and honest, he walked me outside and showed the truck scratches, etc and just made it all super easy, plus 400 bucks cheaper than U-Haul, Penske, etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service was excellent, facilities clean and tidy, every unit with easy access, reasonable rates, wide range of hours to access unit, and rental process straight forward. This was so easy to use I've never had to rent a storage unit before and Googled storage units near me and this site popped up, all I had to do is type the area code in and it showed all the storage units by me, I just found the best one that fit my needs and bamm reserved it and it was so simple also it did give me the first month's free I just had to pay insurance and the one time 18 dollar fee which compared to what it would have costed I'm pretty darn happy with this site it's awesome

Owner is incredibly friendly and trustworthy! It’s hard to put your belongings into a box where you can’t access it by walking to the garage or shed, ever since I started renting my unit I have had the most peace of mind knowing all my stuff is safe and well protected!

I left Michigan about 17 years ago, Raisinville to be specific and relocated to another state. (still GO BLUE) recently I needed to return for personal reasons and needed a place to store furnishings and other personal items. My Go to was Guardian Storage. I had used them in the past and here they are still standing, still professional and with sympathetic ear. Their property is clean, well maintained, secure and very cost effective. As I leave I know that my things will be safe and without concern of security. I would encourage anyone that needs either temporary or long-term storage to select these folks first. They take good care of you and your possessions. Easy and friendly to work with. I needed that at this particular moment. Thank you Candy for effective, efficient and kindness.

Used them in 2019, and forgot to post a review. I don’t remember there being anything to complain about. I do remember, it was easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. The people at the front desk (man & woman) were down to earth, and provided friendly service. No hidden fees. Would definitely use them again.

Staff was wonderful and helpful when securing new storage unit. The place is safe and secure which makes us feel great about renting a space here.

I went in today to get myself set up with a 3 month rental, just long enough to help organize my things as I prepare to move to Alaska. Rob and Candy were super helpful and got me in a unit quickly. When I came back a couple hours later and asked if I could switch to a different unit, they made the transfer for me and didn't seem bothered in the least for any inconvenience. The grounds are clean, the office staff is friendly, and they sell packing supplies in their office which will be a nice convenience as I prepare for my big move.
