The hallways of the building my indoor unit was in were always ultra clean. There were almost no bugs in the unit, in spite of being right next to an exterior door. The gravel driveways are a pain. Everywhere else I've rented has paved driveways.

I have used their services since 2014 & they’ve been great the entire time. I recently added additional services & that experience was great as well. It was very quick & easy to add an additional unit to my existing account. Staff has always been very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. First they raised the rate about 4 times in the last six months. Then they sent me a contract and demanded that I sign it. I believe the contract to be illegal ... Read More

First they raised the rate about 4 times in the last six months. Then they sent me a contract and demanded that I sign it. I believe the contract to be illegal because it is in direct conflict with Indiana law. But illegal or not it is one I would never consider signing. Also I only got a few days notice of any of these changes. The notice came late enough that it was impossible for me to move before the first of the month. I moved as soon as I could after this last decision but because it took me a couple of days past the first they are trying to make me pay another month's rent.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The indoor units were clean and well lit.

Always found the staff very helpful. My belongings were safe and protected. Recommend them highly.

We’ve had such a pleasant experience here, this past year. The office staff are wonderful. Very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Jen made me feel like I was talking to an old friend on the phone. The facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained. I felt safe, if I went alone. Bonus points because the price was actually affordable!

Went to the office not realizing that they weren't open yet. But Jen helped me anyway. When my sister passed I was not sure of the procedure for her units. Jen called her boss and left a message and promised to call me as soon as she new. And she did! Not even 10 minutes later giving me the direction I needed to proceed. She went above and beyond to help me.

I gave a 4 rating only because the phones transfer to a customer service. Some would like that after hours but I would rather speak to the local office during business hours. They always call me back right away and maybe I called during lunch hours or when they were showing a unit. They are friendly and helpful and prompt with payment or business issues and payment can be auto payment. I used the shed for 3 years. They warned me to polish my furniture good before storage and I didnt protect it enough. The wood faded a bit. One piece looks distressed and I actually like the look. They tried to keep critters out of there but I had it so crowded it was a tough job. I finally rearranged and added more glue traps. I moved my furniture into my new place after 3 yrs in storage and only had a handful of stink bugs so I was impressed. It is winter time though. A few shed items got mold/mildew on them from being near the door. The buildings don't have gutters so the rain and snow collects by the door. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I am not currently renting a space here, but wanted to comment on the service. I was in the office last week looking for help after locking myself out of my car. ? I had to walk somewhere to use a phone, and Jen was nice enough to open the door for me before the office was open for the day and let me use her phone to call for help. She was very nice and helpful, and I truly appreciated her that morning. Also, I have rented space here before, back when it was Space Station Storage, and the units are really nice. For what it's worth. But I think it's worth checking out for the customer service alone.

Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. The lady who helped me with everything went above and beyond. She explained everything to me in detail and even showed me where the unit was and how to use the lock. Great experience. Will definitely come back here for future storage needs :)
