Older storage facilities are all pretty much the same but what made my rental experience special with Master Mini Warehouse was the people I dealt with. Barb and Roxi were extremely helpful and kind and responded quickly to my requests. For example, one of the wheels popped out of the track in my unit and they promptly called to have it repaired so I could raise the door easily. During my rental period they also resurfaced the driveways to make it safe and easy to drive around. These are definitely not the newest storage units with all the 'environmental controls' and other modern offerings, but they are convenient, reasonably priced, secure and do the job. I would definitely recommend you using this company! And...remember to say hi to the ladies in the office for me!

I really liked renting here. The people were very friendly and helpful and kind. My only concern was that the gate wasn’t key coded and I got paranoid about that when I decided to get a bigger unit, so I got one that was closer to home and had key code entrance. Other than that a solid place and prices and people! Much appreciation to all of the people running it and also their son who let me use his phone to call them when no one was there! Lol! I also want to mention, their office is very close by, and pricing is great, oh and there are food places, banks, hotels, Walmart, gas stations, churches, lumber yards up and down the 933 and the highway 12 leading to several places! I couldn't believe it was that long, my brother kept on me about the storage unit, he would ask is it really worth the money to have that unit, I told him there is a lot of sentimental things in there. I did ask Barb when I was making a payment since it's been 5yrs DO I GET A DISCOUNT? SHE TOLD ME NO, BUT THAT WAS OKAY, I KNOW IF YOU DO RENT A STORAGE UNIT ASK IF IT IS CLIMATE CONTROL.I HAD ALOT OF VISITORS IN MY THINGS BUT THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED, I'M GOING TO MISS BARB SND ROXIE THEY ARE VERY NICE AND THE STORAGE UNITS ARE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. I came across this storage as the 1st one on Google, I do read reviews usually the bad ones are at the bottom, so you really got to look. This place has none that I seen, I checked it out. Online there was a HALF OFF DEAL! WOW! I was like that is so awesome! I made my rental, and the lovely receptionist's that work here, they are so sweet and kind. Very peaceful and great environment. The friendliness from the ladies made it much more of a experience that I definitely wanted to do my Storage here. They have 2 places with units, the insides were clean, and big for me! 10X5 was a great size! Had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the grounds from Roxie since i was in the market for a new storage facility. Roxie definitely made the choice much easier with her professionalism.

My daughter, a student at a nearby university, needed a place to store her dormitory/household goods for the summer. Roxie and Barb were a pleasure to work with, and made everything a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. They helped me select the size of the storage unit and didn't try to upsell me. When I was running late on checking in, they called to make sure I was still coming and then stayed a few minutes past their usual closing time to ensure I was all checked in. Master Mini Warehouse also offered the best storage rate that I could find in the entire Michiana area. Roxie and Barb are friendly and genuine people who go the extra mile for their customers, and rest assured that your items in storage will stay safe and secure. My daughter and I cannot recommend this place any more highly.

Very affordable rates. Especially for the larger units. I had two units at both of their locations. Both were easy to access and move things in and out of. When I removed one of my locks because the unit was empty over the weekend, they called me immediately to let me know a lock was missing. My fault for not letting them know, but great to know they were that observant.
