With this review, I would like to bring Kevin at the Grand River location in Brighton in the limelight. My things have been stored here for many years, and Kevin has been there all along the way. His professionalism, kindness and competence are just a few adjectives in describing Kevin. He is pro-active, responsive and caring. My credit card was canceled due to fraudulent activity elsewhere, and Kevin was completely on top of things, communicating with me that my automatic payments were no longer going through, taking down the new information with great ease! Whenever I have had a question, Kevin listened well, and answered each question respectfully and swiftly. Kevin is the “face” of National Storage, and I only hope that the company knows this to be true. If it were not for Kevin, I would have moved my things to another location!! It is rare these days to find such well-rounded, smart, capable, efficient, sympathetic humans to always be on their game. Kevin is one of these special employees whom I hope will be recognized and appreciated for the valuable National Storage employee he is.

My experience with Kevin at National Storage, Grand River, Brighton, MI was excellent! I had reserved a unit on-line on Sat. 3/9 and before I could call the office Monday 3/11 at 9AM he called me! I was totally impressed with how prompt he was and his professionalism. He was able to upgrade me to a larger unit as well which really made my day. Great location close to downtown Brighton too. I would highly recommend this Company and dealing with Kevin was a very pleasant experience. Great guy.

Went in on a Saturday about 15 min before office closed. KEVIN was a great help told him I would come back on Monday to rent unit so we didn't make him close late. No he said he would be happy to help me even if we went over a few minutes. PS he had the next week off on vacation Love this location close to home. Have a large unit in Hartland National Storage is doing a great job As a ex business owner I would have loved to have had Kevin as a employee he goes the extra mile for the customer

Signed up in person. Kevin was at the front desk: he was extremely friendly and helpful. Apparently it's still locally owned (though nationally managed) which makes me feel good about customer service should anything happen. There was a $12 hidden fee on insurance. It's still a competitive rate altogether. I haven't had to claim insurance on anything - but it says in the brochure that they require proof of ownership and location (which makes sense) but I don't trust them not to be sleezy about it. Don't really think anything will happen though - so it should be a non-issue.

We rented from National Storage for 2+ years and are beyond happy we selected them for two of our storage units during our time in our apartment prior to moving this past month. The unit was clean, easy to access, secure and there were a variety of sizes to rent. We were very pleased with both of our units. Kevin at the Brighton location is very helpful and easy to reach if any questions or concerns arise! If you’re in the Brighton or Howell area I highly recommend renting. We’d certainly return if we ever need additional storage!
