Very pleasant experience leasing a storage space, Amanda made the process very easy. Would recommend to anyone who would have a need for storage space.

I was in need of storage space and had the pleasure with working with the Amanda, the manager at the port Sheldon location! She was great in communicating and overall people skills! She was always available to answer any questions or take care of any problems no matter day of the week. I look forward to working with her in the future as she has earned my loyalty and gratitude. Wow, what a clean, safe place to store our furnishings as we began our move to Hudsonville. We were impressed with the fact that it was inside storage for a great price and like I said was very neat and clean inside and out of the buildings. We felt our belongings were safe!

Have been working with the property manager, Amanda for over 10 years at this location. She is very meticulous and is extremely customer focused.

Amanda is phenomenal! I've never had a problem with billing or the unit itself. I would not recommend going through corporate at all, my initial experience with them was poor. If you go to the location or call the office directly, Amanda is so nice and knowledgeable and helpful, generally a wonderful human. Highly recommend.

I was in a crunch, I reserved one day and was moved in the next. The space is climate controlled and indoor, I like that the units aren’t accessible from outside. Staff was super helpful- they called me to set up the details on my account so that I could move my stuff whenever was convenient for me that day. I didn’t have a lock and I was able to purchase one, it was in the unit upon arrival. Insurance started at $12 a month for $3000 of coverage and though it is required, I think it is a great thing. Most affordable space near me, and clean.

Amanda and Bree were so customer friendly. They helped us navigate the right storage unit. We are very appreciative.

Super simple to use and no worry or hassle. Keys were in unit when we arrived. Clean and new facility.

I can't say enough about the service from National Storage and more specifically Amanda!!! She not only text me my information after I forgot it, she made sure I had everything I needed before leaving for the day...or so she thought. My husband and I realized after hours, that we needed another lock, of course being in a pickle I inappropriately texted her even though she was off duty and there she was. She told me she stashes locks for emergencies and walked us thru how to find it. Then she followed up on Monday (we moved on a weekend) to make sure everything went smooth. I think it's more important to mention she did all of this for a customer that was downsizing their account from 2 units to 1, cutting my bill more than half. I can't say enough about Amanda's service and would recommend this place to anyone in need. Prices are fair, units are clean, facilities are very nice and service is EXCELLENT!!!

Nothing but a great experience here while storing items for multiple months after an out-of-state move. No surprises, communication was great from initial inquiry all the way through move out and account/unit closure. Climate control was always on, facility was always accessible during expected hours, and no evidence of critters, moisture, or other potentially damaging threats. Sometimes, it's just nice to be able to have the assurance that you are getting what's advertised and what you're paying for and not have to think twice about it. That's the experience we received here from National.

Amanda at the local Jenison office has been very helpful in arranging this rental; including the explanation of e signature.

Very polite staff, clean buildings. Not to forget the make it easy with uhaul services.

So far it's been a great move in! I'm planning on staying for quite awhile as long as it's affordable
