The 800 call center gave me one monthly rate, but local staff reached out to make sure that I was aware of a very favorable rate in effect at this facility. Very happy with the overall experience.

This is my first time using a storage unit and honestly I was a bit nervous. I was able to reserve a unit online during after hours and the next morning I received a follow up call to answer any questions that I may have had as well as to get me setup with my contract. I went into the office and Jenny was extremely helpful and friendly. She was very thorough with going through the details and ensuring that my storage needs were met. I was super impressed with how CLEAN this place was from the entry point to the actual storage units! I stored my items after hours without any issues! I would definitely use them in the future for storage needs. I hope that the property continues to be well maintained with friendly staff that is ready to assist! Glad to have access to such amazing service right in my backyard!
