I like the security and ease of access at National Mini Storage, the price was within the average for the area and I did get half off my first month. My friend also received a $50.00 referral bonus for referring me, that was K@@L. I only needed the unit from mid February to the first week in April so I only had to pay one full payment. The staff are pleasant and helpful... This is the 5th time I've used a storage unit in my lifetime and this was the best overall experience I've had in all.

Reasonable price and easy to get in and out of. I love the gate as well it feels safe.

Price was reasonable. Employee was friendly & helpful. Move in was simple & fast.

Used for over a decade, love them. I wish I hadn’t tried to save $ and used another facility for one year. I lost priceless items being broken into twice. Moved back to NMS and back to zero problems.

I selected this facility because it was the best of several near my home. The area is clean and I liked that there is an office on site for questions or concerns. It would be nice if they would put a better keypad at the entrance. When you enter your code to activate the gate, the keypad makes no noise and it's hard to know if the number is registered until you're all done. There used to be a keypad to exit and that one did make noise as the numbers were hit so I know it's possible.

I just got out of the hospital today, I have been in there since January of this year. This is my 3rd time renting with National Mini Storage. With me being in the hospital I gave my daughter and my brother my information so that the company could know what was going on. My daughter said that she spoke with a young lady and that she would pass the message on. The last time I tried making a payment over the phone. The guy that answered the phone said that my card wasn’t working on his end. So I was told to withdraw the money from the card and bring it in person. Before I was able to do that l ended up in the hospital. Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused . I would have handled things differently if I were feeling better. So thanks for your patience and consideration. Lorraine Watson

This storage facility is awesome! Great staff, safe for your belongings, climate controlled kept all my belongings safe as I stored film, negatives, old stuff. I was able to gain access at my leisure and when I had issues, the manager worked with me. I never had to worry about my belongings. I recommend this storage facility to everyone. storage storage

Been using National Mini Storage on Gull Rd for work purposes the last 6 months and have had no issues and excellent service! The units are clean and maintained - and also very easy to get in and out of. Everything felt very safe and secure the whole time. Also - the manager Johnny Blaze is extremely friendly and very quick to respond if you need anything! Highly recommend.

Wece used this storage for several months now. Servixe was nice, great prices, and no leaks in our storafe unit. No bugs either.
