I have been a customer for about seven years when traveling internationally, visiting family during the coronavirus, and consulting for sports and petowning customers locally. Lori is wonderful to work with because of her pragmatic, direct, and honest communication. I am concerned that in the past few months some upper managment decisions seem to be bad for customers and possibly for employees, yet I think the organization can troubleshoot what changes are concerning to ensure The Storage Chest maintains their success.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Storage Chest! If looking at options, I would stop now as this facility is the Best of them all (trust me, I already had already looked into all the options.). Everything is ideal from the Location of the facility; the Units are Very Clean and Secured, and the pricing is more than fair! Most importantly, the Property Manager (Lori), makes the Moving and Storage process very accommodating. She's easy to work with and available to help in any way! Great Experience All Around!
