C-More Storage in Ortonville is great! It’s clean, well maintained and allows easy access to both indoor and outdoor units (we had both). They were friendly, helpful and gave us referrals for moving labor. U-haul, on the other hand, was a nightmare. C-More employees were responsive and helpful when dealing with U-haul but there was only so much they could do. I would absolutely work with C-More again but would avoid U-haul if possible.

C-More Storage in Ortonville is great! It’s clean, well maintained and allows easy access to both indoor and outdoor units (we had both). They were friendly, helpful and gave us referrals for moving labor. One employee gave my husband a ride to his truck when he had no one else to take him. Uhaul, on the other hand, was a nightmare. Don’t recommend Uhaul at all but do recommend C-More Storage in Ortonville.

Easy process for reservations and payment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Storage unit I rented was very clean. I highly recommend this facility!

In speaking with Rebecca, I found her knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and just a true joy to speak with. I was so convinced this was the perfect place, I booked a unit by phone. When I visited the facility, I found it to be very clean and perfect. Rebecca give me a tour of the facility and showed me where to drive in, where to park, where my unit was, tips on getting a lock on and more. She couldn’t have been more helpful. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, reliable local storage facility, this is the place for you.

All around excellent service! I rented one of the larger units as we were moving out. The unit was very clean and felt safe to leave my stuff there. Huge kudos to Lise whom helped us get setup. This was my first time renting a unit and she kindly answered all my questions. She also occupied my children while I filled out paperwork (which they still talk about), she walked me to numerous storage units and offered additional storage options without making myself feel pressured to buy. I got exactly what I needed and I would rent from here again in the future.

C-More Self Storage is great! The company that I work for just started renting a unit in their climate controlled building a couple of months ago to store marketing supplies in and use when preparing shipments. The units are a great size and facility is clean. I also would like to point out that they have great customer service. We just recently wrapped up a huge company mailing that required us to deal with a lot of boxes for shipping and recycling. Not only was the owner understanding of what we were doing, she helped us find a location to take our recycling to and left the door to the office open for us in case we needed to use the bathroom while we were there. She went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it.
