This is a nice storage unit to rent.i been with them for three years now. The only thing I do not like is it is not a heated storage. It's really cold in the building. Some of my things were molded. The staff is nice and friendly and I definitely like the gated area.

Thank you so much to the crew at National Storage of Redford. Jennifer and Marsha were fabulous to work with since I'm located in Florida and my guys were doing a pick up in MI. They helped through the whole process and made it very easy to get the units, and keep up on when the payments were due. Thank you again ladies.

I just wanted to say I been with this company for years i have never had any problems with them yea at first I did'nt the hour change but after they explain to me that it keeps our stuff safer with the office being open same as the building i feel a lot better but the people they have there is a big help to me and i would keep my things there for many more years if i have to I give this company and they empolyee's a 5 star cause they work hard stay late and even there on Sunday if you go there they would go out the way to make sure your things are safe like walk to check on your units everyday and also they call you to remind you that your payment is late which I like cause I do tin to forget sometimes so if you want to get a good place to store your things I say go here and they will take care of you.
