They are always so helpful anytime I need them. Cheryl is amazing and so kind!

I have had this storage unit for 3 years! Loved having it while I needed it. Great management and always helpful and quick to answer questions! I moved into a bigger home and no longer need the unit but if I ever need one again I’ll be coming back!

Mrs. Sheryl was wonderful and put me at peace. She was very informative and understanding and I would highly recommend others to come and rent from her.

Super clean and well cared for facility. Nice and attentive staff. Security was great. The only reason we ended the rental, was the prices kept creeping up.

The website was simple and easy to navigate to find the storage unit I wanted. I was able to sign the rental agreement at the time of checkout on the website. With me living 1.5 hours away, the Manager, Kaila, made it very convenient for me to get her a copy of my drivers license for the rental agreement. She was courteous and professional each time we spoke on the phone. She also provided me with all of the information I needed to successfully acquire my storage unit when I could finally make it to Owensboro, even if she wasn’t working that day.

*New to the area* Moving can most definitely be stressful…However, I received a very warm welcome while signing up for my unit. The facility was clean, easy to access, had great prices and flexible hours. The facility manager was also extremely nice, very professional and helpful. She also gave me some awesome recommendations of small businesses and restaurant to try in the area. I hope I am met with this type of hospitality with each new experience! I also heard Owensboro was Johnny Depp’s hometown! Now if I can spot him after receiving such awesome service here, today would be a great day! I love awesome customer service and they provided just that and more!
