Great facility, but beyond how clean it is, easy access, and perfect location is the customer service experience, and that is only possible because of the personnel this location is staffed with. Specifically Carol, who goes above and beyond to ensure her renters have a positive experience. There's a lot of places for storage, if security and customer service mean as much to you, as does me, the best place you could go is this specific location, again you cannot beat the customer service Carol and her colleagues have provided for this communities storage needs.

NEW HUDSON location: Please trust me, I was a previous tenant years ago and LOVED the experience. CLEAN - DRY - SECURE and CAROL Mannarino (Mgr.) is simply THE BEST! Also...for those with big trailers and trucks, the units are spaced far apart and it is so easy to maneuver inside the facility. All other storage places are tight and crowded. Recently, I needed storage and shopped around....few may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I AM BACK and so happy. Carol is still there, which also made me very happy because I trust her and she makes you feel very comfortable. New Hudson National Storage can't be beat!

I have used National Storage in Lyon Township, MI. for several years. The manager is so helpful, professional, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I moved out of state and returned and all my belongings were in great condition without any issues. Now that I’m settled back in the area I was able to downsize to keep a very small storage unit and didn’t even consider shipping around. Truly a great experience!

Helpful, quick to answer questions and offer suggestions on units and prices. The facilities are easy to access, clean and spacious, especially for the rates. I’m in the middle of getting a house ready to sell, have donated a lot and now moved what remains into my units at National. Great peace of mind to know it’s all safe, dry and easy to get to! Over the years they were always professional and helpful. When my roof of my storage unit was leaking they fixed it almost immediately. Now as I have finally got my own place and graduated college, I closed my lease with them. They were understanding and made the process of moving a great ease. I 100% recommend them. She even mentioned that she usually isn't even the person doing that job. Got a larger unit and it was clean and easily accessible, even with the 26ft U-haul.

The facility is clean and the units are nice, and the security gives peace of mind, but the REASON I am so happy is because of RHONDA!
