Recently, the credit card I used to auto pay my account was compromised and auto payments were discontinued. Holly immediately tried to contact me to see if I was ok. They e-mailed me, drove by my house, called my daughter and me. I no longer need my unit and closed my account. My experience with MAXX storage (2yrs) has been great and would use them again in the future.

I called the office and spoke with Holly, she helped me with the info I needed to enter facility when my RV was movable. This place is absolutely amazing. I’m posting this a little later than intended, but I’ve had a very stressful move. I made a mistake and missed the pick up time for my U Haul. I was 100% ready to take the L and cry in my car. I saw somebody was still in the store and decided to take a shot and see what happens (I know, sounds entitled of me). Joe (I believe his name was) was helping another customer after closing. I told him my situation and he went ahead and helped me out even though it was after closing time. He was so nice too! Nothing was an inconvenience. I came back to drop off the U Haul and he remembered me and asked me about the house too. If anybody needs storage or a u haul THIS IS THE PLACE. Look no further. 10/5 stars.

Choosing Maxx was the BEST decision I made while going through my recent downsize. Holly took the time to go through what I needed to store, and for how long, finding me the most affordable option. They had all of the additional items (tape, locks, boxes, etc) and she even put together the most affordable packaging options for my needs. Compared to other places I looked at Maxx was the cleanest by far. Customer service was no less than EXELLENT!! I would recommend to all I know!!!

Maxx Self Storage came through for us when we needed it most, and the facility is clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Easy access from early morning until late night. They even have a bathroom with an entry code if you need it while visiting after hours. Highly recommend checking this place out.

My things did a ~5 month stint here in a drive-up 5'x5' unit. As a former self-storage assistant manager I felt the joint met my needs and expectations for security, cleanliness, close proximity to my home, and the special that got me in the door. Over the years I have rented at 3 or 4 different local facilities, including this one. One star deducted because they force you to get the unit rental insurance here while signing up online, which can either be a benefit or a complete joke depending on what you are storing. In my case, it was low-end camping supply winter storage and minimal household sundries. So if you have household renter's or some other kind of insurance that will extend coverage to what you have in storage (and if it would be a TRUE loss for you), take that route. I actually may have stayed for a longer spell if it wasn't for the rental insurance demand and, for me personally, the "abbreviated" access hours, which are 7AM-9PM and should probably be posted clearly somewhere when you try to access the website area on their Google My Business listing (via a mobile phone, anyway). I could only immediately / obviously see the office hours. Maybe I am blind or maybe they need to improve their user experience on that count. So in case you were wondering on that as well, you're welcome. I would imagine that would be important to someone storing business-related items and needed access to them before 7AM. The initial online reservation and payment sign up was easy enough and done via my cell phone. The older gentleman who finalized my intake on my 1st onsite visit was a super-nice, class act. Nothing on him, but the fact that I thought I had provided all that was needed online and THEN still had to fill out physical paperwork was an inefficient waste of time. Why not print out / have ready what I was made to complete online, clarify any missing required items, and then have me (anyone) just sign the printout and GO? Anyway, it was a more glass half full experience than it wasn't.

It is also clean, well maintained and easy to get to. Also, the manager has been very helpful in getting us set up. We recommend this for RV/boat/trailer storage.
