After calling about 5 different uhaul & public storage locations, National Storage had the unit I was interested in at the most affordable rate. Shelly was exceptional answering all of my questions before I even had to ask and making a convenient reservation. You could hear her smile without actually seeing it. The center’s grounds were well managed and my unit was clean inside and situated in a convenient area. I would recommend to anyone.

So far so good! After having a couple of bad storage experiences I decided to take a look at this one. It was easy to reserve storage on the website and look at their guidelines. Once there, Carol was extremely helpful! She took me to the storage to check it out, explained policies, and was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was booking with a what I thought was a month free deal that was changed to a half month off because a change on the website. I think they should’ve honored the original deal. Outside of that I’m happy I chose this storage company and will recommend it to others if asked.

Awesome service. Detailed introduction and even got a walk through in the pouring rain after I said that it wasn't necessary due to the weather.

I called to reserve a truck and Cam answered the phone and when i walked in to pick up the truck he had the same exact tone with me as he did on the phone! He is great at customer service & has great heart & he is super nice!! Hes got a great work ethic and you can tell he loves and cares about his job! & he is great with helping people and had an answer for every question I had! I reccomend him to help anyone! He would be a great manager some day! & yesterday I met Stephan as well he helped me just as much! And when i returned my truck today he was just as nice as Cam! I strongly reccomend coming here if you need a truck for moving etc! They will offer you everything you need without you feeling stress! Other locations that I called first were rude to me because they are super busy but these guys were sooo nice! & it felt great for them to be so efficient and polite!

Angela was extremely helpful by going above and beyond in getting us switched over to a larger unit. She made the process super easy.

I was very impressed on how they are trying to fix up this newly acclaimed establishment. I had called and reserved my spot with Mario who was attentive but it wasn’t it I arrived that having Stephone and Cameron assist me that was the most impressive. Have 2 people in staff really made the difference. I have been to other storage facilities and when there is just one person on staff it is unhelpful and often there’s a break or they aren’t available when you need them. Stephone and cam were. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
