Terry was a huge help. She walked us thru the process from begining to end. She made sure any questions we had were answered. The establishment is very clean, and is conveniently located. Everything is done from your phone so it makes it extremely easy. Definitely recommend.

I've used a half dozen or so storage locations in my life and this one, by far, is the best. Indoors, accessible 24/7 and a wonderful staff...Michelle and Terry are extremely helpful and pleasant. And entry is handled thru your phone...no worries about keys. Very clean and I'm looking forward to being able to store my boat outdoors when they have that option.

I got setup here without having to talk to anyone. And they offer first month free! I did see the manager the next day though and they were super kind and helpful. The ladies were very nice and helpful. The place looks very neat and clean. Easy to navigate and the units are extremely spacious.

If you're looking for a storage unit in Charlevoix, this should be your first choice. You can rent a unit right from your phone and get access the same day, no need to call and try to set up an appointment or check availability like most of the other local options. Prices are super affordable and the units themselves are great, I had an indoor unit and the temperature was always consistent and there were no bugs, moisture, or other factors present that would damage anything I was storing.

The units are new, and well laid out which I love! I have two units- I love that they're climate controlled and close to each other! There’s also carts available to help with the unloading, which is great! There’s only a couple things that are more of an inconvenience rather than a complete con, if you’re unloading a lot on a day someone isn’t in the office, the doors aren’t able to be held, and they’re a bit pricey, but I would still recommend!

This facility in Charlevoix, Michigan is in an old K-Mart, so it’s a huge footprint. It’s spotlessly clean and laid out well. We enjoyed storing our stuff here while we were between houses. Safe, clean, convenient. Nice staff.

Teri, was super helpful! My son was having trouble accessing his unit. Teri was able to troubleshoot the issue and walk him through regaining access.

Twice as expensive as the storage units in Boyne City/Boyne Falls, but I am happy the old Kmart building is being put to good use at least.

Place is clean. great price for the area. my handicap was even address and helpful without even asking.i didn't know they had storage unit for handicapped people.was shown how use the locks and stuff. I must stress this that for the price of what all I've received it is over and above the normal. I can't say enough good things
