Very clean and secure. Entry into facility simple and effective. Once inside, locating my unit very easy.
It did, however, take several attempts to open the storage unit lock via the app. (Lag time between opening the app and "unlock" becoming available was the issue. Once "Unlock" was undimmed, the door opened easily.)
Madison Reynolds set me up in December 2025 and educated me in the facility and unit entries. She was very helpful and answered all questions knowledgeably and patiently, both at the time and over the four months I held the unit.
I highly recommend National Storage in Charlevoix, MI.
