The lady at the desk( sorry I forgot her name and the card is in the car) was absolutely amazing. I had reserved a unit at another location but she quickly changed the location for me. She was so nice and very accommodating. I am glad I chose this storage company.

I have been here 5 years,I upgraded to a larger unit and was charged 25 doller fee just to go from less then 100$ unit to a 167 $ unit ,then after I move to the new unit ,they offer half off for 3 months to new customers ...no longer offer mikitery discount thay changed with covid....emagine that....now they have raised the rent of the new unit twice in the 3 months iv had it,the one time I got locked in forgot my pin they made me wait 2 hours to get out then blocked me in and said I was Illegally dumping in their garbage... Because another tenant told them that I was because I couldn't get out so. Therefore I must not have any other reason to be there. Except for illegally dumping garbage which they have cameras over, and they were able to verify that she is in fact lying and that I never did that. They blocked me until I proved who I was by showing I d.... Very poor service... Spent three weeks trying to get my money back after they overcharged me one month...... Now they've added a twenty five dollar fee to their monthly unit rent as a administer fee....stay away from this money hungry bunch of c ...un ts...
