LuAnne, the manager of this particular site, has always been highly communicative, flexible, and kind. While storage is expensive (just warning everyone), we always felt that the 24/7 access, the cleanliness of the facility, the (automatically-programmed) lighting system(s), and the plethora of moving equipment available to cart things from our storage unit to our vehicles (and vice versa) made it well worth the price! Competent management truly "makes" this a superior alternative to other storage units that are proximate! (Say "hi" to LuAnne for Dale and I. She makes doing business here a pleasure!)

Nice facility with a great property manager, Luanne. Luanne has always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you stop by. The loading area is covered with access to elevators and hand carts. Bathroom through store front side. Walk ways, loading areas, stairwells and hallway are always clear and free of debris. In the winter the facility is warm (maybe a lil cool) and in summer it’s cool (maybe a lil bit warm). HaHa

I recently needed a storage unit. When I stopped in this facility, Megan greeted me. She was very friendly. She showed me a couple different sized units that might best fit my needs. One thing that stuck out was while we were walking the halls, Megan was picking up trash as we went. In the near future I will store with National Storage centers because of the customer service I received and the care Megan showed about the property and the upkeep.

National Storage located on Old Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI….is the place to go if you need things stored there. The manager is super kind and professional. Which I love in a company. We stored are things there for a few months when we moved out of our home. They automatically took payments from our bank account or you can use a credit card as well. As soon as we were done with the unit. The manager quickly turned off our account and we weren’t charged. Which was awesome. If you need to use a storage company this is the place to go! You won’t regret it either.

Clean. Well secured. Good customer service. They're units do seem to be a little pricey however.
