Absolutely exceptional customer service from Jack Day... super friendly and professional. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for my first time signing up! He was able to accommodate my needs and it wasnt a fight or difficult to reach anyone. The location is perfect, and the facility is clean! I've used other facilities and National is the best so far!

The unit is good, very clean facilities, easy access. But, there isn't a manager at this site, assigned to it. So, it took me 7 days to get a hold of someone ... Read More

The unit is good, very clean facilities, easy access. But, there isn't a manager at this site, assigned to it. So, it took me 7 days to get a hold of someone to give me my access code to the unit, and my unit number. No one answered the phones, and I had already paid for the storage unit but couldn't get access to it until I finally got someone to answer, and he had to meet me at the facility. When he got me taken care of, he left. He was very nice though, answered my questions and made sure that my code worked etc. If you need someone to help you though, no one is stationed there and it's really hard to get ahold of anyone. I hope they fix that issue.

update 5 months ago I signed up here, Got an email to stop in with id bit there is no office that I can find and no employees even though it is office hours. original review had a comment from a manager or someone asking me to call no one ever answered. There is a 2 months free promo and only ever got one month. emails send no reply. now i am trying to set up my move out date and the website isn't working. i will probably have to do a charge back. Update 2 now Feb 23, 2023 Had to charge my credit card to stop getting charged, they never processed my move out. Update 3 (I am late on this) HR and upper management contacted me about this. They apologized said they were gonna look into the matter so it wouldn't happen in the future and got a refund of one month (which I had been over charged for) resolution was acceptable to have the madness end. I just hope one else else goes through this. I hope more positive reviews will come out of this ordeal.

I wouldn't recommend this facility. I reserved a unit online Friday for move in Saturday. Received an email Saturday morning stating I could move in between 9am-5:30pm. Showed up at 4:30 and no one was there so I called the manager... no answer & voicemail was full. Called the number back and followed prompt 1; customer service answered. She said they close at 4 on Saturdays and they would reopen at 9:30am Monday. Collette also said she would expedite an email to the manager and ask her to reach out to me. Fast forward to today; Monday and I still hadmt heard from Kirstin. I drove 20 minutes this afternoon (11:45/12pm) to finish the move in process & what do you know? Closed again. Manager's voicemail STILL full. & Customer service center told me that she would email Kirstin again to have her reach out to me & that I should try and rent online to save me the hassle (website was more expensive than my original reservation). I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hello, my daughter reserved a unit online, based on the hours and the emails she got she went to the facility twice to finish all paperwork and get the unit, and to her surprise both times NO one was there to help her. Each time she called the number they said they will send an email, in which she is still waiting to hear back from the first time from Saturday 08/20/22 and they also said they couldn't find her reservation online in their system and was told she would have to redo the online reservation and its now 101.00 this is a poor way to do business, how are people suppose to rent a unit if no one works there?

Totally Ridiculously bad experience and service! Do not rent from here! I reserved a unit online. I went to the site prior to my move in date to preview the unit I reserved. I was shown a different unit and the one I reserved was not available and nothing comparable was offered to me. What?!! I called the corporate office and complained. They were no help at all except for offering me to discuss what happened to a district manager, but you couldn't talk to the DM, you could only leave a message to have the DM call you back. You think I got a call back?, of course not!!
