The rates were good the unit was clean, the elevators worked and it was easy to pay online. The hours of access were eventually what killed it for me. Not being able to get into the unit until 9:30 am during the week, and not after 5:30pm, as well as no access on Sunday made it very inconvenient. There was evidence there may have been a mouse in the unit. And sometimes when it got busy it was hard to find carts.

So far they get a "4 star", this is just day one. Check back in 30 to 45 days to see if they keep the 4 stars or go up or down.

I was contacted within an hour of making an hour of my online reservation, which was super comforting. I arrive to a very overwhelmed woman to assist with the paperwork, which took about 30/45 minutes to complete because she was working alone. The elevator is weird and closes super fast, and smells like urine BAD! Even after she mopped it was still an overpowering stench of urine. The storage unit itself was exactly what I needed, no issues there. I took a stars off for the cleanliness of the facility and the curteness of the staff in interacted with.

I would give this place more stars if it wasn’t for one of the employees. She runs the place and has absolutely no people skills. On a couple occasions she asked about the amount of stuff we were putting into our unit. Then asked why we were still there. Her assistant however was super nice and she’s the reason why I gave two extra stars. The place, however, is clean and affordable.

The site says 9:30 - 6:00 during the week, but access is closed at 5:30. Saturday they open at 8:30, but they close access at 4. Sunday, as the say in New York Fuhgeddaboudit!

Extremely unprofessional behavior. Staff is charging me for an extra month. I've called and talked to manager Michelle about this, explained my situation to resolve this. I had a stacked washer dryer unit that was left in the unit. I moved my things out on November 5th. I called back to the store a week in advance to resolve this issue and the manager Michelle could care less about what I discussed with her and she denied even having a conversation with me and so did her assistant. I arrived on 12-17-22 to remove the appliance with a truck my pastor rented for me to remove the appliance and her assistant. My spouse tried talking to her and we told her to call her boss Michelle and Michelle did not make the situation better. Her assistant was not caring at all and trying to put me out the store and make me return to the storage unit on Tuesday and then she had the nerve to call someone to meet her at the job because I was there with my spouse and there was was demanding I pay my past due balance or I couldn't get my appliance and she began getting disrespectful, talking to me crazy because I didn't pay my balance and I never his that my fee for the moth was not paid, even though I called trying to talk to a supervisor and nobody wanted to give me Michelle boss information to work something out and they actually got the nerve to bill me an additional month when I've been trying to close out the account and for the final bill to be mailed to me and nobody is trying to reach out and speak to me to resolve this issue. I'm contacting legal services to close down this account. If I had known that it was going to be like this I've would've definitely went with their competition and did business with them. Very ratchet organization

Also I didn't like Louise Jefferson sounding voice person who answered the phone attitude. They need to give more details to the public on their website to let us know it's really not free you still have to come outta pocket

Very unprofessional. Disrespectful older lady with glasses. I really did not appreciate how she spoke to me. This is an establishment where you're providing a service to customers and her people skills are absolutely terrible. The facility itself is fine but that lady needs to check her attitude at the door before she comes to work. Stay home if you don't like the job you chose. I am not one of your children or grandchildren you're too old for that uncontrollable behavior.

They are very unprofessional & as long as I've been with this storage company, my unit kept getting broken into. My lock was cut off & they didn't inform me about it. They told me I needed to buy a new lock but I had insurance on my unit. They only contacted me to let me know my unit price has changed from $63, $72 to $79 then $82. The women in the office is very disrespectful to customers who only concerned about their unit.

I’m devastated right now because here I am was trying to get the money to pay my unit and now I’m starting over from scratch. All my things is gone. And all they could say was oh I’m sorry. Don't ever use them.I had use them for years This new management they have now really not good at communicating with anyone.
