Katie, the manager of this location and two others, is the most wonderful person to work with. She was extremely helpful from obtaining information about their units all the way to renting and showing me around. Prices are affordable, units are clean, grounds are very well maintained, and the office staff is exceptional. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here and I will continue to do so for all of my storage needs.

I've been shopping around and have stopped at several of the National Storage in the area. This one is quite nice! Erin was friendly and professional! It seems as though National Storage as a whole has a great management team and they treat the customer like royalty! The whole experience was great!!! I initially spoke to Rachel (very friendly) and she set up everything over the phone with me. Within minutes of her call, Todd, from the local office called me to confirm my selection and let me know of the hours of operation and time to meet with him. Upon arrival, Todd was very friendly and informative. He made sure to answer all of my questions putting my mind at ease. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

He was personable, understanding and very easy to speak with. Altered my review due to the follow up. I was trapped in this facility (gate wouldn't open) for three and 1/2 hours. Fire Department and Sherriff's office could not get the gate opened as their were power issues. Extremely poor communication. This summer the frame above my unit was infested with yellowjackets. Lackluster maintenance and poor communication. Have rented there for 4 years plus and moving to a different company. For full transparency - they offered me 25% off my rent for 3 months. Not even a full month of rent relief.

As clearly signed I stated my insurance was in place and declined your offer for a protection plan as stated no. I've communicated on multiple occasions my homeowners insurance covered my belongings and declined your offer. I expect a full refund of these erroneous charges. You also should remove all charges from other occupants who decline your protection plan in the lease agreement and you then force charge despite there election. I'm confident a judge will want to protect consumers from this type of behavior in our community.

After waiting for over 1 month for a response, I was told that they had no way of accessing their voicemails so that's why there had been no response regarding my inquiries. I found this to be super frustrating as I had no means of communicating with the facility and any attempt I made would result in no response from them. It's discomforting to think that you can live 2 hours away and have your things stored at a facility in which should you need something answered, there is no way to communicate with them. Your best bet is to drive directly to the location should you want a prompt response. In closing, the service is anything but desirable but the location, the cleanliness of the facility and the storage space you pay for is good.

New company recently bought this, been a nightmare since and it's only been a couple of months. I plan on paying $200-$300 to movers to switch facilities, the peace of mind will be worth it. Right now my account is paid in full, yet they have my possessions being held hostage refusing me access. Incredibly stressful to have to worry about a unit full of my family's possessions being stolen via incompetence or mistakes on their end. I'd find a different place to store your possessions, these people either don't care, or aren't good at what they do. Trust me, run.

I can never reach anyone, and I rarely see anyone in the office when I go by. The only way I get anyone to contact me about these issues, is by leaving a bad review... very frustrated!
