EDIT: John from the company called me today and offered me a month of free rent. What I have asked for from the start and I think reasonable in light of my situation. He was personable, understanding and very easy to speak with. Altered my review due to the follow up. I was trapped in this facility (gate wouldn't open) for three and 1/2 hours. Fire Department and Sherriff's office could not get the gate opened as their were power issues. Extremely poor communication. This summer the frame above my unit was infested with yellowjackets. Lackluster maintenance and poor communication. Have rented there for 4 years plus and moving to a different company. For full transparency - they offered me 25% off my rent for 3 months. Not even a full month of rent relief.

Used their units for 2 years now. Always had great service whenever I've needed something or had questions. Never any issues with the unit, flooding, mice, etc.

Katie, the manager of this location and two others, is the most wonderful person to work with. She was extremely helpful from obtaining information about their units all the way to renting and showing me around. Prices are affordable, units are clean, grounds are very well maintained, and the office staff is exceptional. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here and I will continue to do so for all of my storage needs.

It seems as though National Storage as a whole has a great management team and they treat the customer like royalty! Within minutes of her call, Todd, from the local office called me to confirm my selection and let me know of the hours of operation and time to meet with him. Upon arrival, Todd was very friendly and informative. He made sure to answer all of my questions putting my mind at ease. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
