Renting a storage unit was easy and seamless. The was very helpful and pleasure to work with.

I had storage there for 4 years and it was great. The office was great and very accommodating I would use them again.

Very clean well maintained facility with very helpful understanding staff. I recently lost a family member who had multiple units here and I had to sort belongings and figure out how to go forward with their rentals. Staff Mary Lou was an amazing human who helped anyway she could and gave multiple options to assist if needed. One of the units had a bent in door causing it to not open, I brought it to Mary Lou's attention handed her the key and it was fixed in a couple of days and she called me letting me know. I returned got the key and it was indeed fixed opened perfectly. Out of 6 units not one had any sign of water damage and I know the units I went through were used for over 2 years. There's plenty of space to park large truck and trailers or uhauls to go into the office but give the keys to an experienced driver of those before going into the actual storage unit drive paths do to not a lot of drive around the end of building room. There is a fence around all the units with passcode access that opens a gate. If I lived closer and needed a storage unit I would definitely give them my business highly recommended. They rent space to people who use the units as a place to jam out with their garage band. The unit in the very back, there are usually one to two pickup trucks and sometimes other vehicles. It’s loud with frequent and repetitive drum solos. It lasts for hours. It’s disrespectful and a disturbance to the neighboring Brookside apartment community. Complaints have been dismissed several times by the owner. They claim the noise is not coming from them but it has been confirmed several times by the police that it is.
