This is the best storage facility in Southern Indiana. I had a unit here for 3 monthes and my stuff was kept safe, secure and dry. Anna who works here is awesome. You couldn't ask for a better customer service representative. She was concise, fast, kind and helpful anytime I had a question. Making payments online couldn't be any easier. Accessing the facility is easy and the gate work way better than any other facility's I have used. I highly recomend National Storage on Charlestown Rd.

It was great! I already had a small storage space rented, and when I suddenly had need for a larger one, I was able to quickly arrange for an over the phone. I was even able to get a larger space within the same block of spaces, making it easy to move the items I was already storing into the new space. And the lady I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

Getting everything set up was super easy and all done online. Got an email with my gate code and unit number within a couple hours of signing up and was able to move in super easy. Plus there was a free heavy duty lock inside of the unit that was included with online setup! Not to mention the price was cheaper than anywhere in town. Highly recommend

Was a different company when we first got the unit price was only 85.00. New company raised the rates went up to 122.00. Then when I went to close out the account I could not get ahold of the person in the office to do the walk through. Tried three times plus a message was sent through their customer service for the office person to contact me. I finally called the customer service number and they finally were able to close out the account.

I’ve been with the previous owners and now the new owners since 2019. never had an issue until now. i recently had someone access my storage unit and take thousands of dollars worth of personal items and no one wants to help me. the district manager Melissa has the worst attitude and has been no help with this investigation. also the price has went up from 50 dollars to 92 which is crazy for a small storage unit. hopefully the owners can help with getting down to the bottom of this. it’s been a nightmare

Beware! Learn from our mistake! Picking this place to save a few dollars was a reminder and confirmation of that old saying, “You usually get what you pay for!” In other words you pay less, expect to get less! Here’s what getting less was for us. On our very first day as a new customers… We just lost $339 dollars from not being able to gain access our unit! This is due to there being a malfunction with the door. Upon realizing that we couldn’t gain access, we began to call for help and there was no answer and no call back after multiple attempts. We rented the largest unit at this facility to unload a commercial truck that needed to be back on the road later in the day. This truck was loaded from front to back with arrangements made and a crew ready to unload it into the unit. All this was brought to a halt after discovering we couldn’t access our unit. We began to call and call and call to no avail! Today as we reported all this to the onsight manager, we were informed this was a result from a previous customers negligence and we were told $50 would be credited to our account to cover the 339.00 loss we incurred due to our only fault being trusting this facility as customers! I have called repeatedly today to an unanswered phone number to discuss this more in detail and request an escalation of this matter. This has been a complete nightmare! Edit: I see your automated response. How about you calling us customers that are paying you and have a problem? We chose and trusted your facility, paid you our money and now we need to call you at a number you don't answer to rectify a problem? Wow!

I wish I could rate this place better but I can’t. I had my unit broken into and pretty much everything was stolen. They took pictures, clothes, a bike, saddles etc things that meant a lot to me. The way management handle the situation was sad. The only help I got was to file an insurance claim. If you decided to store your stuff here, pick something where a camera faces your unit, inventory everything , take pictures and check on your unit often. There isn’t anymore around to watch over the place, security is sub par, and good luck getting ahold of anyone.
