I just wanted to post a review. I have had a storage unit for over 12 years. The property is kept very clean and the manager is there all day most of the time. Great secure place.... Any issues Larry will get under control as quick as he can.

I came in to inquire about rental prices and the holding period. I am moving at the end of the month and looking at getting a temporary storage space. Place looked clean, secure and well kept. The prices are more expensive than what I am use to (currently on the south side) BUT is comparable to other locations in the area. Larry was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions (pricing, storage space, holding period, type of lock, ect). This place is a strong contender for my storage needs!

Carmel Drive Self Storage is clean and safe. The manager, Larry Couch, is courteous and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement is that the lighting for individual indoor units, which operates on a timer, have an option for more than 15 minutes. When you’re working in the back of your unit, and the light goes off, it’s frustrating to have to keep returning to the front to press the button for another 15 minutes. Perhaps lighting could be based on motion detection. ?? :-)

Quick and easy. Needed a unit to store household items during a remodel and they had just what I needed. Convenient location if you’re a Carmel resident.

The facility is clean, well lit and never busy. We needed a tool for a small project and the man onsite was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Storages are always well kept and in good shape. Larry does a fine job ensuring everything is secure and monitored sufficiently. Would recommend!

We have been at this facility almost 15 years. The manager Larry has been there the entire time. He is very cordial and helpful. He is always ready to answer any questions. He is a real nice guy above it all. We have lived through ownership changes and the last one was not a good one. Our monthly fees have gone up a lot and because of that we are moving. Larry gets an A+ and the new owners get a C-.

I researched different storage locations and the one closer to me had more negative reviews about break-ins and their interaction with the management. Negative reviews and cheaper monthly rate not worth it to me. I reviewed the positive reviews with this location and liked the surrounding location and 24/7 access so, I chose this location. Again, a little further away and more expensive, but worth the peace of mind. My interaction with Larry has been a positive experience and it's another reason to extend my stay for another year. During the time of my moving in the office was closed and I needed to talk with Larry about getting a larger space so, I left Larry a message and didn't expect a call back until the office was open on Tuesday and, I was quite surprised Larry called me back right away. Each interactions adds another positive star and if there were more stars I would give 10. Bless you Larry and thank you for a wonderful customer experience.

Was very easy to rent the second unit over the weekend. Realized as I was loading one unit that it would not all fit and was able to go online, on a Saturday evening and immediately secure a second bay. It was just as easy to empty out, sweep out and close the contract on the second unit when I was able to get it empty.

I gave the 4 ?? cuz, again, it’s a storage place. I appreciate the 24/7 ability to get into my storage unit. It’s a bit pricier than what I wanted to pay but, if you need a storage unit, you’ll pay what you need to…to keep your things ‘stored’!

Easy to get in and out of. Secure. Pay online monthly. Larry is responsive and helpful. Great location, too!

I highly recommend Carmel Drive self storage. We have had a unit with them since this past summer 2022 and it has been a very positive experience. Facility is super safe, clean, smells nice, and the staff is super friendly. I recently had fraud on my debit card and needed help entering a new card online for my automatic payment. I left a VM on a Sunday asking for help so that I wouldn't miss any payments. I was thinking I would hear back from them sometime that next week, but I got a call not even an hour later to remedy the situation. So, GREAT customer service too!

Always available to help and seamless rental process. Good on clean out when we consolidated to one unit. Been renting since 2005. Like the 24 hr access too.

In 3 months, I found my furniture in perfect conditions - obviously the unit was dry and well ventilated at all times. Checkout was really easy as well. So, really, perfect experience.

I rented a storage space here after moving to Indiana (Carmel). Larry made the whole storage unit process smooth and easy! The entire facility was very clean without trash or junk left by renters as I'd seen in other storage facilities I'd used in other states (not affiliated with Infinite Self Storage). Access to the facility was excellent, unlike other storage facilities that had limited hours. It was conveniently close to the apartment we rented before buying a home a short drive away. I'd highly recommend this facility if it's convenient for you, and has availability for size and features you're looking for!
