Promotional Eligibility & Correction of Billing: Rental Promotions and move-in discounts are strictly reserved for new customers and are limited to one (1) unit per household. In the event an existing Tenant, or a member of an existing Tenant’s household, secures a new unit at a promotional rate, Landlord reserves the right to void said promotion and charge the Tenant’s account the full standard market rate for that period. Any resulting balance (the "Discount Chargeback") shall be deemed rent due. Failure to pay the corrected balance may result in the denial of gate access or the commencement of lien proceedings as permitted by law.
