Rented a 10 x 20 ft storage unit online through Ivory. Oh my gosh! She is the nicest woman who explained everything and answered all of my questions. I had been looking at 3 different places in the area. One place in BEAVERCREEK woulda’t tell me a lock price until I signed with them. Ivory made the lock free. Also, if you have a homeowners insurance policy, your storage insurance might be paid by it. I called her more than once and she gave me a code to look at the units first. The units are very clean and easy to park next to the unit. Ivory made this whole process smooth and easy. I am very happy about my decision and have Ivory to thank for it.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. My unit was brand new and super clean. 24 hour access was nice and the place is very well maintained and monitored by the staff. What do you do when you have "too much stuff?" Put it in storage. I chose L & M Storage and I was never sorry. Because of my positive experience, my son rented a unit there when he needed it. The fees are more reasonable than many others. The facility is clean and accessible. The video surveillance gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. For me, 24 hour access is important, as I am a night owl and often I am there late in the evening when other facilities are closed. The manager, Rose is professional, pleasant and friendly. 5 STARS!

Their prices are very reasonable and sometimes the lowest you will find and located in a good area so you feel safe with leaving your belongings there. Plus the gate and cameras are a big help, lol.
