The employee who helped me rent my storage units was great and it was very fast and easy to do so. Very conveniently located . Very reasonably priced. Easy entry to the building. The only thing is the floors could use a sweep and mop. But overall I would definitely recommend.

Very convenient and easy to navigate/check-in on short notice. Was also impressed with the cleanliness and secure setup within the building!

From day one, the office staff were extremely impressive and continued this quality of service to my sister and brother-in-law yesterday when they went down there to retrieve all of my stuff.

OK so far, I didn't care for the non-optional insurance. They have 3 plans to choose from and none is not an option, even if you just store lint. The price I paid + insurance was still a great rate but it comes off as deceiving and misleading. Not a great first impression. Just change the rates to the rate + minimum insurance with an Asterisk, or give the final price and just put FINAL PRICE + LOCK INCLUDED next to it. Even if the prices are close to other places they will choose this over price because it says its the final price. Everyone I mentioned it to had the same or very similar thoughts. Good luck

National storage is great! Climate controlled storage with a easy access. They even let you know your payment is due or late w/o charging a late fee!

The facility is bright and clean inside with good access hours. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings here and having a key for other family members to access is convenient. I appreciated the carts available to help move my boxes from my car to the unit. Highly recommend!
