Very nice lady runs the office. She was helpful in making sure that we weren't overcharged. She also made sure that I knew my options for rental insurance.

Great clean place. I rent a unit every year to store my patio table and chairs and bikes. I love this place

New management took over and things were vastly improved. I would rent a unit again should I need one. Staff was/is very friendly.

Great location, great prices and great staff. All of my cherished belongings are there as we speak. I just wish there was a little better lighting in some of the indoor units. Maybe a sensor light? It can be a little dark in the back of the unit. Other than that it's a nice clean facility.

Our family is going through a tough time as we are in the process of dealing with critical I’ll parents and Jen showed amazing compassion, which is even more important than how courteous, helpful and friendly she was. Highly recommend ironwood, the customer service is great and the staff are amazing!!! My dad broke his hip a few months ago so I've been helping to make payments on his storage units and ironwood has made this process as smooth as could be. The facility is well maintained and we have had no issues with our unit. The people I've dealt with are very pleasant and easy to work with.

The prices are high and it seems every review that mentions that gets the topic ignored, but no surprise there. The location is nice and we’ve had no issues with the unit itself other than there was no free lock in the unit as offered when we arrived. For the service, we did not receive the initial email to get our gate access code , no one was in the office during their open for business hours (and no one has ever been that we have seen) and no one has ever answered the phone at any location when we called to get help. The only way we could get help was to call the number to rent a unit and someone does and we that number during business hours and they were very helpful. The three stars is due to the difficulty in getting access, help and prices but the unit is ok.

I originally rented the unit from Ironwood Storage around 2006. Then National Storage bought them out and the price went up tremendously AND they told me I had to pay $12.00 a month for insurance. Even though they have made some entry changes, bigger isn’t always better. We are retired now and can’t afford to keep the unit anymore. So much for the little guy.

So when we called at 12:10 and she started rambling about how she was taking the call illegally because she was driving and when we asked how long she would be she said she couldn't answer that because then we'd know how far away her doctors office is??? Weird experience for sure. We had to sit for another 10 minutes before she showed up. We just needed our key. Turns out the key was left for us in our unit. She could've just said so over the phone, too. So odd.

We have had the storage facility for 25 years starting with local Ironwood Storage. Over the past several years, since National Storage took over the rates had skyrocketed. Before the February 1st increase we removed everything and closed the account. Our payments were autopay on the 4th of each month, coinciding with SSI. But on February 2 they pulled the payment early even on a closed account. An overdraft charge occurred, after 2 calls the payment was refunded but they refused to cover the overdraft fee. They have refused to respond to my requests. Stay away!

I've been with ironwood for years and my rent has gone up last year by $30 and now another $30 again and I look at the prices online and it show the unit I have is $161, Then they sent me an email a month before saying my rent was going up another $30. If the storage had heat or electric them yes I would pay over $200 but the only electric the have is outside and can use only when your there. I had my motorcycle plugged in for the winter and it was unplugged, killed my battery. Tenants can’t even use their trash dumpster. Not only that they put new gates in which when you get it someone else can follow after you. We need the old people that use to run this place not people who just want money. When it was ironwood it was a great place. Now it’s National storage and it’s a joke. A lot has moved out due to their high prices and lack of employees. I Will never do business with them ever. I even cleaned my storage so they don’t try to say it was messy.

It is ironic that in the request for this review they only want positive reviews on Google- Negative experiences just go to them. I want to publicly post this one: I had been a customer of this establishment for over 8 years- same unit with auto-pay. Never had an issue. National Storage Centers bought it from the previous owners and DOUBLED my rate. After numerous phone calls, I spoke with the Manager. He actually told me I was getting a deal and that he could rent that unit for much more than even my increased rate. After some back-and-forth I was able to get the increase reduced by 50%, meaning my rate still went up by 50%, but with the assurance it would not go up again. Wrong- it went up again in 1 year. Called them to inquire with the promise they would "talk to the Manager" as this was not correct but never heard back. I am no longer a customer. Too bad- I loved the convenience of location and the previous Management when it was Ironwood Storage.

When I placed the order on line they listed the rental price as 105.00 per month. I store a car for the winter and that price was in line for what I normally pay. There was a line thru the full price. So I applied on line. I was a repeat customer. I found out after I put my car in storage that it was just a deal for 1/2 a month rental. I would be charged full price of over $200.00 a month. When I called about it, nothing was done. I was stuck. I have since pulled my car out. While the facility it secure, they are way over priced compared to other rental facilities.
