Storage unit was good. I never had a problem coming in or going. I just didn’t understand why the prices are going up so often it really just Became unaffordable for me
The four stars is not for the service its for the lack of communication of increase because my income wasn’t going up, but this monthly price was going up But for Service and the people that helped me when I came in deserves a five star

I’ve had the best experience at Premium Self Storage so far. Keri in the office is an absolutely phenomenal resource who made the process so enjoyable.
