Thank you so much to the crew at National Storage of Redford. Jennifer and Marsha were fabulous to work with since I'm located in Florida and my guys were doing a pick up in MI. They helped through the whole process and made it very easy to get the units, and keep up on when the payments were due. Thank you again ladies.

This place is no hassles overall. The staff is friendly and collaborative which is greatly appreciated. They have tons of carts available. The facilities are clean; their bathroom too. It is very secure. You have to push a code to get in which makes it super safe and we love it. Thanks National Storage team, you’re cool.

I just wanted to say I been with this company for years i have never had any problems with them yea at first I did'nt the hour change but after they explain to me that it keeps our stuff safer with the office being open same as the building i feel a lot better but the people they have there is a big help to me and i would keep my things there for many more years if i have to I give this company and they empolyee's a 5 star cause they work hard stay late and even there on Sunday if you go there they would go out the way to make sure your things are safe like walk to check on your units everyday and also they call you to remind you that your payment is late which I like cause I do tin to forget sometimes so if you want to get a good place to store your things I say go here and they will take care of you. Peresha was very customer friendly, but the storage facility itself was not clean, there was an oder of garbage, the Carrier cart was broken only 3 wheels which made very difficult to move your belongings. The store hours was not accommodating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility wasn't the cleanest. Units are horribly overpriced. Leaks in the ceilings.

Prices for storage is high but the black older woman who works front desk normally during the day has great customer service skills

They tried to put me on the 2 nd floor on the side with no elevator, I change it and it was a up charge. Crazy right who moving couch table up stairs .. as the time went on realize they are nasty had mouse on floor one day I went in to get things out my storage. I Told staff and she did anything. Horrible with informing you of lock removal service . Plus I had some pay for my unit ahead they wouldn’t even give me a refund. Plus they are very overpriced. Please go to Uhaul any where else but here .

Would have given more stars but the fact that I can ONLY access my unit is during office hours and not until 10 pm like EVERY other storage place in the area bothers me. Considering that I am paying over $200/month and work until 7pm, this make things VERY inconvenient when I need to get into my unit...And to add insult to injury, you aren’t able to pay extra for 24 hour access like most storage places. I am a former employee of another storage company so there is NO valid reason for access hours to have changed and people who work being unable to access the space they pay for during normal hours that was a deciding factor when researching storage places and me signing a contract with this company in particular...

Is obviously the concern of the folks who own this place they want to know if customers are happy and satisfied. And being that customers come in variety of characters, the best possible way for the owners of this place to gauge and measure whether the place is being ran according to their liking is to go there in person and inspect it for yourself or hire someone just like the restaurant business do when they hire a mystery shopper. This is how you get the exact feel of what's going on in this establishment and other places you own. And do this before your losses stack up.

Horrible management!! Very rude and unprofessional. Her name starts with an R, she’s black, overweight, short with short hair, and she wears the red shirt. She called me from a personal number, accusing me of leaving trash on the dock instead of using the Many cameras that they have to bother the person that really did it. She said she contacted me because My code was used to get inside the gate.. I explain to her that just because my code was used to get in the gate doesn’t mean that I was the one that left the trash out, I also told her that its common sense to check the cameras, this is what cameras was made, for she got an attitude and hung up on me.. She did this after accusing me of something that I didn’t do.. Jennifer was nice and polite. I wish she was still the manager at this location..

I wouldn’t recommend this place.! I can’t speak on the staff because it seems as though they’re never available. The gate doesn’t work so you have to drive to the exit gate to get in. The gate has been broken for months now btw. You’re limited to when you can access your unit and the rent goes up every year. I’ve been with them for two years and my experience wasn’t a great one. I’m so thankful to be done with them. If you just have to have a unit asap, you can’t do research then okay but I would strongly suggest this be your very last option.

Continually jacked prices up, had my storage area broken into and a flat screen TV stolen and was never notified...don't deal with them!

When they broke into my unit and stole me and my daughter stuff was the worst I was validated mentally

Really you get nothing from me but I had to put something in order to make this review my storage is were sold I got called that day and said you have one more storage left are you coming to pay for and then I get there and they sold my storage within 20 minutes when I was coming from dialysis and I feel that Adam and Carrie is very disrespectful I will never go there again they knew that I was on my way and so all of my belongings that was in there from my child my childhood life my uncle is in the storage and all my personal items were taken and they were important papers a filing cabinet mementos my uncle ashes is in that storage unit and three necklaces of heart necklace they have not returned any of my private property they don't care it was a joke to Adam and Carrie supposed to be managers but you know as they say things happen so they got to learn something to things happen I would not go to that storage unit ever again the people that were there were great people which were Jordan Williams Stephanie and a couple of others but these people they have there now unbelievable they discussed me not only adding that I made reservations to come that day and it didn't even matter that I spoke with them he still sold my belongings have no clothes no shoes no anything also my social security number has been used by whoever purchased my storages and I purchased them for a little or nothing when I came that day I had the money and for and Adam thought it was a joke and also Carrie did too and I feel I was discriminated because of my Disability
