Storage Units in New Hudson, MI along I-96

I rented my unit today through the website and it was very easy. I had a question about the admin fee that showed up at the end so I called the help line. I was not placed on hold; someone who lives in my state picked up right away and courteously answered my question (the $25 admin fee is one-time). When I arrived at the facility, I simply used the entrance code in my rental confirmation and easily found my unit. The facility seems nice and clean. I even received a follow-up call from Carol, the local manager, to make sure everything went fine. So far this experience has been great, and I feel the pricing is fair too.

Carol was so helpful and attentive. What I was looking for was a place that was safe and climate controlled. National Storage was both. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Great facility, but beyond how clean it is, easy access, and perfect location is the customer service experience, and that is only possible because of the personnel this location is staffed with. Specifically Carol, who goes above and beyond to ensure her renters have a positive experience. There's a lot of places for storage, if security and customer service mean as much to you, as does me, the best place you could go is this specific location, again you cannot beat the customer service Carol and her colleagues have provided for this communities storage needs. Update: National Storage continues to be a convenient storage option for me, it's clean, and for a few years now, everyone I've had the pleasure of speaking to, is friendly and really helpful.
