I had a 10x20 air-controlled unit for almost (3) years. Overall, I would recommend using National Storage. One thing I did notice, apart from other facilities, is that there is no restroom on site. And they do not allow you to put trash into their dumpster, which is very disheartening. Phil is amazing, very personable and an overall great manager of the facility.“
