First storage place I've ever gotten and rented a truck it was very happy and pleased with it. Got me exactly what I needed! Could be a little cheaper and for the pay I wished I could have gotten 2 months free instead of 1. Especially when I rented a truck also. Other than that very happy! ?

Great place for college kids to store stuff as it’s very secure and safe. Didn’t have a single issue with water, bugs etc. as my stuff sat there through many weather conditions.

I have had a storage unit here for almost 2 years just moved out today. Never had any problems with staff and the few times I called they were very helpful and polite. The only problem I did have was when I first moved in there were sooooo many spiders all over and around my unit (which is to be expected) but I took care of that and never had a problem sense. Thank you for the storage space. Very greatful.

Wow, the staff was extra helpful while assisting me with a lost key for my storage unit. Sasha, the office administrator, made notes, and was very diligent about informing me of the timeline when I'd be able to get back in, and obtain my belongings for an upcoming move. So was the rest of the staff very helpful and the premises well maintained. Will definitely go back for my storage needs in the future.

I recently rented a storage unit from National Mini Storage - KL Avenue over the phone and could not be happier with the service I received from the staff. The process was quick and simple. They also have a van rental location onsite that made things even easier for me.

A couple of hours later, I got a call from Julie. She had taken it upon herself to help me. I am so thankful that Julie called me back and helped me. She went above and beyond. Great people at KL.

The facility is very well taken care of the staff are understanding and friendly, the prices are what you want from your storage unit they offer insurance for your unit that covers it from windstorms, burglary, fire, vandalism, and earthquakes and as a Michigander our weather is so crazy I love that they offer that kind of coverage. The drive up gave makes it easy for you big truck drivers and ontop of that they offer usuals to help with your move. All in all I am truly blessed to have found something so convenient and amazing
