It was very convenient to get my storage space without having to be talking on the phone or standing behind a counter. Just fill out a couple forms, pay my fee which was more reasonable than many around here. Nothing hidden; you know what it’s going to cost and you select what you need and 5 minutes later you move in! they have hand trucks inside to ease your load. I have a bad back but the entry is ramped and easy to use. So far so good moving is extremely stressful so any kind of ease is welcome and the storage part has been one of the easy steps. I just wish moving was as easy!!“

The facility was ok. I had outdoor storage for my camper. The site I parked it in was a bit tight for me, and I needed to back up a long way ( from outside the gate entrance). It worked ok for the short term, but I am not great at backing in a camper and it took me about an hour to get it in the right position. Never really met any of the staff, but they were all very pleasant on the phone.
