The whole process took about 30 minutes to set up my climate controlled storage unit with Randy the manager. He was very helpful and walked me through all the steps on the iPhone. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. The security is more than adequate, and the rental price is reasonable.

When you get the right person, it is a great experience. I was able to do it all via email and phone in no time at all.

We just recently moved from AZ to MI and had a relative recommend Charlevoix National Storage. Wow, are we impressed with the facilities! Units were super clean, easy to access, and high tech, but still easy to use. We can’t say enough about the manager Terry, she was amazing! She was easy to talk with, super friendly, nice, and extremely patient with us as we tried setting up our account. She helped us with app setup, made sure we knew how everything worked, and where everything was located. When we asked if we could move our RV spot, she had no problems with our request. Highly recommend National Storage and highly impressed with Terry.

The National Storage facility in Charlevoix MI. is very clean and the temperature does not fall below 50 degrees. It was an ideal spot for our furniture. Terry, the manager was extremely helpful and made our storage experience very pleasant. The phone app and security cameras worked very well and added to our comfort level.

Great job by the office manager helping get us all set up. Gave us all the information we needed. Quick and easy process! Very clean the well lit facility.

And entry is handled thru your phone...no worries about keys. Very clean and I'm looking forward to being able to store my boat outdoors when they have that option.

The ladies were very nice and helpful. The place looks very neat and clean. Easy to navigate and the units are extremely spacious.

If you're looking for a storage unit in Charlevoix, this should be your first choice. You can rent a unit right from your phone and get access the same day, no need to call and try to set up an appointment or check availability like most of the other local options. Prices are super affordable and the units themselves are great, I had an indoor unit and the temperature was always consistent and there were no bugs, moisture, or other factors present that would damage anything I was storing.

The units are new, and well laid out which I love! I have two units- I love that they're climate controlled and close to each other! There’s also carts available to help with the unloading, which is great! There’s only a couple things that are more of an inconvenience rather than a complete con, if you’re unloading a lot on a day someone isn’t in the office, the doors aren’t able to be held, and they’re a bit pricey, but I would still recommend!

This facility in Charlevoix, Michigan is in an old K-Mart, so it’s a huge footprint. It’s spotlessly clean and laid out well. We enjoyed storing our stuff here while we were between houses. Safe, clean, convenient. Nice staff.

Twice as expensive as the storage units in Boyne City/Boyne Falls, but I am happy the old Kmart building is being put to good use at least.
