I rented at the Charlevoix mi location and was extremely satisfied. Was able to quickly get a unit for the size I needed. Multiple entrances to unload my stuff and even carts on site to help haul it. Everything is digital and i had alerts if anyone tried opening my unit. I also appreciated being able to see the Temps in the building as I had very sensitive musical equipment stored in there. My only complaints would be better lighting outside the building for the darker hours it's still open and for a end of rental online to start the process. Otherwise highly recommend this storage facility. I should add I drove from Cheboygan to use this storage facility specifically because it was the only one that was climate controlled.“
