She really understood me and gave me the best deal she can give me yeah it wasn’t any holiday special but I appreciate the promotion that she gave me. She really was understandable and Karen and I felt like she was really, affectionate about her job yes, but I definitely get them a five star leather storage unit as well. I’ve been using this place for over a decade thank you guys.

Last weekend we had to empty a storage unit for my father-in-law who had put everything he had left after selling his home into storage. We had no idea how much we would be bringing home. We discovered we would need a storage unit. On the Ohio turnpike I was able to rent storage big enough and drove directly to Center Line Storage. Even though it was Sunday with no office hours, we had complete access to the unit, carts to help unload and a brand new unopened lock with all keys. The rental and app were amazingly easy to use. So what we thought would be the most difficult thing on a Sunday was the easiest. Our belongings are in a safe dry clean space that we can easily get to. Perfect.

Update: Zach, from this company called and personally apologized to me and refunded my full amount! He was so ki d and understanding! He did not try to blame me or anything he took complete ownership which is so awesome!! It was really nice they offered free first month but when I canceled I was given no directions on how to progress. When I signed up I was told to keep it locked until canceling even if it's empty "because often people do and put funny things in open units, which will then become my responsibility" (which is what I did) I continued not to get any direction of what to do to get my units canceled. So I went in and was told I owe a whole other month's rent because the locks were still on the doors. I was then told I never tried to cancel which is not true. Then when he finally found the phone call record. I was told we discussed it when we spoke on the phone. Um well you didn't even remember we had a call let alone what we discussed. Basically he told me I either pay or he'll send me to collections instead of trying to explain or taking any responsibility at all. Then told me he was sorry for the confusion. Um yea I'm sure considering you gained $170 from it.

Manager is very friendly and set me up with a great unit in minutes. Fair pricing, safe environment, and nice location.

The lady behind the desk was kind and professional, and was able to wrap it up for me very quickly. The facility is climate controlled, brand new, clean and well maintained. They have trolleys sitting around for your convenience. I highly recommend Center Line Self Storage.

When I went to finalize the paperwork, I anticipated a great experience at that time because of the patience the Manager (Angela Williams) had with me multiple times. I received nothing less.
