Went in with my mother to rent a unit for her, she’s coming to stay with me, Ashley was absolutely phenomenal with my mom! I usually go in, people get a little irritated she is just older and understand very little modern technology, but with Ashley, I truly felt like I could just stand back. She took my mom by the hand, metaphorically, and walked her through every little question she had. She took her time, showed her multiple units, and made it our process effortless.
