For the most part, the experience was good. Employees were very helpful, once you got a hold of them. I rented a climate controlled unit. The climate controlled area was kept very clean. I never saw any indication of insects or mice. Dislikes: sometimes the difficulty in reaching the site manager. Sometimes, they’d called back in a couple hours sometimes the next day. However, all of my calls were returned within 24 hours. The reason I terminated my lease was because of rent increase. I rented the unit for, approximately, 2 years, 6 months. In that time there had been 3 price increases. Two were within 10 months of each other. The final increase and the reason I terminated was because of a $70.00, per month, increase.“
